Can anyone give guidance please.
I have lost the fob that I use all the time. Tried the spare but it doesn't work. Battery is ok. I'm thinking I will need 2 new fobs. I'm assuming a dealer will have to supply them and sync in to car. However, car is behind gates and unable to move it out to get to dealer
Any suggestions that might help me out.
Thanks

If you can get your ‘spare’ fob working, then someone with SDD can definitely program a ‘blank’ new key bought from Amazon or similar for not-a-lot of money relatively speaking (and I know an Autel dongle has also been used to program a key by a forum member here)

How can you be certain the battery is ‘ok’?

As Arctic says, use the spare ‘key’ to access your car and then try the fob in the dock.

Hi Freddie.
The 2013 FL2 will not have a docking place for the key it's just press the button and see if it starts, but it should have a key to enter via the door.

Maybe the fob just needs a new battery even though you say it's ok

I used the autel dongle to do mine too. Was a piece of cake and less than 100 for the code reader and new fob, the code reader I've used to diagnose the issue on my latest abs issue too.
