Freelander 1 Liqui Moly Diesel Injector Purge Method

Hello

Can anyone tell me the best way to use liqui moly diesel purge on a td4 freelander?

Is it best to pour the whole bottle (1 litre ) into an empty fuel tank?

Has anyone connected the liqui moly container straight to the fuel pump, filter behind the O/S/R wheel arch area, or can it be done in the engine bay?

I ask as I want to make sure the fluid is used in the best way for best results.

fill your fuel filter with it simple. next time save your money and just fill your fuel filter with kerasene every service

I just emptied into the empty fuel tank.

I only fitted a new pump and filter last week too !

Im not taking it apart again. The fuel delivery pipes under the rear wheel arch are too short to mess with anyway. It'd be easier if the fuel pump was in the engine bay like most cars. Ive seen a few you tube videos of VW owners doing it, looks real easy.

Not on a freelander td4 though.

I presume kerosene is the same as liqui moly diesel purge?
