Lift springs and standard shocks

All my suspension is very worn now and I have a lift kit sitting in the garage (shocks and springs) Is it a bad idea to fit 2 inch lift springs to my 90 with +2 extended shocks on the rear but standard height shocks on the front? (I'm waiting for one of the extended front ones atm but have 2 brand new standard height shocks in the garage which could go on for now)
