Lhd - rhd steering drop arms differences.

does anyone know the difference between a steering drop arm for a lhd 4 bolt steering bolt and a right hand drive one?
I’ve had one sent to me after having my box reconditioned and I’m not sure it’s the right one. I was under the impression that the master splines on the lhd were different. The one I’ve been sent is the same as the one on the extreme right of the picture. . Mine should be a LHD one. It came in an already opened allmakes box part number QFW000030

By the way is that supposedly new? If it is doesn’t look to have been stored to well.

The others are for disco.

That’s a reconditioned one I was sent with the box, didn’t like the look of it so I ordered another from a seller on eBay, it was the same and I wasn’t happy to fit it. Turns out I was right to be worried.
I’ve just now ordered another one from jgs 4x4. Third time lucky.

It’s for a 110, picture was found on the net when I was trying to discover the difference.

Ah you saw the label

The reason I have a spare is because the ball joint was goosed, and having seen the issues peeps had I ordered both, ball joint and arm. But ball joint change went fine so now have a spare sure I will need it 1 day

I plan to get the spare apart and put a grease nipple in for the next need.

I have a spare defender LHD drop arm. It was fitted to my RHD landy and made roundabouts interesting I assume it was fitted when it was in Morocco when it was over there before my ownership.

It might have been my post you got the pic from as I ended up asking Gwyn about it and he sent me that pic. I asked if I could pop it on Landyzone for future reference.

If anyone wants it let me know, it's no use to me.
