Length of V6 dipstick?

Hi, I've recently got an 02 freelander V6, but the dipstick is broken (snapped off somewhere above the yellow bit). I've ordered a new one, but until it arrives could someone please tell me the length of max and minimum from the dipstick collar (the shoulder on the handle). I'll use a length of welding wire until my new one arrives.

Do you have a NAS or non NAS V6 ? NAS version were in the USA and Canada but also some other countries. A picture of under the engine cover would tell.

Hi, it's a UK V6, so that'll be Non NAS Spec. Thanks.

it's not the size of the dipstick that matters, but how you dip your stick.

20 inches to the starts of the plastic. See pictures. This is from a NAS KV6 but Microcat says it's the same part number for all model years.
