LED indicators on an old 110?

Hi, I have bought a wipac led kit for my 1983 110 , no probs with the side lights but the indicators all flash together! all be it the ones not meant to be flashing are a tad dimmer. Is there any solution to this , I hope so because ive cut all the plugs off them so no sending them back . Thanks regards Tim.

Are you sure the earths are good and that the + and - aren't reversed somewhere ?
You may also need a new flasher relay (specificly made for LED's) although this is to cure fast flashing rather than your issue.

Hi, thanks for reply , most appreciated , all worked fine before swop.

I earthed them all individually to see if there was an earth problem. I also tried a diode in the earth but of course the leds only work one way round so if the polarity was reversed you dont get anything .
Yes a new flasher unit came with the kit , tried both just in case
