Hi Guy's

Well it looks like i've got a leaking P gasket, It doesn't seem to be leaking that much, i'm suppose to be going away at the weekend in it, if i kept my eye on the coolant level do you think it'll be ok to carry on using untill the following wkend?

WARNING
Any advice taken, is taken at your own risk!!!!!!!!!

Mine leaked for awhile before I replaced it, but who's to say yours wont go suddenly? You'll have to decide for yourself if you want to take the risk

ditto the above, but then it's not a hard or expensive job to replace, couple of hours tops and then you have piece of mind its done.

Cheers, i bit the bullet and have done it, just need to fill the antifreeze up tonight!

The antifreeze that was in the Landy before was an orange colour, chances are they'll still be a couple of litres in the engine, if I mixed it with another colour is it true that it turns to gel sort of form? or will it be alright as were only talking a couple of litres.

P.S. where in derby are you JAC if you need a hand give me a pm ;)

Thanks for the offer mate, i'll bear you in mind next time and i'll be the Tea boy while you crack on with the job!!:D
