Leaky door seal

Hi all,

Can anyone advise please. When it rains hard, water leaks down the inside of the passenger door (from the top) of my 2004 TD5. The seal all looks fine so I am at a loss as to how the water is getting in. Yesterday, after a heavy downpour there appeared to be no leak but as soon as I swung out onto the road a mini flood suddenly ran down the window, door and onto the footwell mat.
Any ideas?

Try pulling your door seal away in the top corner at the front.
When it rained, water ran out of the gutter at the front - ran under the lip of the roof and in behind the door seal in the top corner.
there should be a good wadge of dumdum sealer there which may have hardened and gone brittle.
