leaking water in footwells

Hi all ,

my p38 has started leaking water into the foot wells , (its is rainwater not coolant)

any ideas how to fix this please, i think it must be coming in through the pollen filters, as water ends up in heater blower ,

Can leak from a few places, pollen filter covers, housing or maybe blocked drainage tubes. I took everything apart and used silicon to seal it all up. No leaks since.
