Hi all
My 1994 RRC soft dash is leaking when it rains.
I have found out where it is coming into the cab, it is from the seam on the bulkhead behind the brake peddle.
What I don't know is where it is coming from before it gets to that seam, has anyone had a similar issue and if so how did you fix it.
Regards

With it being a 94 rrc, the rustiest of the rrc clan, i would have a look for rust holes around that area.

Sad but true, LR (allegedly) used the same steel for the RRC as they did for the Disco ('89 onwards) so the prosecution rests
Mine is an '87 & still original but I have the corrosion protection topped up every year. In the eight years I've owned the car (my fourth RRC) that equates to around £1200 but I consider it money well spent.

Thanks for that, it would seem that the water is coming in from the seam under the scuttle panel.
I seem to have a solid bulkhead, ( shock I know) so it would look as though the sealer is no longer sealing, will remove scuttle panel at some point when time allows and have a look.
Agree that money is worth spending on these trucks, wanted one for ages and love this one.
