Same here put Lucas stop leak in couple of yrs ago !! No problem since, just dried up and as quoted passed MOT's since adding.
Worth a try, know it'll need doing properly eventually but "if it ain't broke".

Well after reading a lot of things on here I have took the plunge & bought a reconditioned box for a £180......toyed with the idea of buying a second hand one of ebay as their is a few on for inbetween £65 and £130 but if I had gone this route and they did happen to leak after a while I would have to go through all the same problems again.

Its nearly killed me paying that much but I suppose it will be worthwhile in the long run............fingers crossed.

Mind you my box now is getting worse & worse by the hr.......its peeing out now so I suppose when this reconditioned one gets fitted on Wednesday I might be able to sleep a little easier at night....................
