leaking everywhere

Hi All

I'm new hear and new to Landys, and unfortunately new to anything mechanical...which I'm finding out could prove difficult for me!
I got a series 3 1983 short wheels base diesel.
Now after a long drive back from collecting its seems to of leaked alot of oil.
I've topped up (after sourcing the seriously hard to find non syn oil) still leaks but not as much, so I'm after a garage that could look it over that's trust worthy, I'm based around southend way essex.
Now though this morning there's a lighter coloured leak of oil by the front left wheel (which I'm told is likely to be break fluid...eeek!!) If i top this up will it be ok to drive until I find a garage or is that dangerous?
Next lead on question...Where do I add the break fluid? Complete novice description would be helpful.

shes not leaking, shes simply marking her territory.

All landys leak :) as long as its not pouring out and the brakes are still working I'd take it round to the garage and get them to have a look at it if you're not confident doing so.
 
It will leak oil from various places but it can be fixed. Normally its just some spotting on the road from the offending part I.e. under diffs, gearbox etc... Most of the time, if its not excessive, you can just ignore it and check the fluids on a regular basis (which you'll want to do anyway regardless of whether its leaking or not).

Break fluid isn't a common one and should be looked at. There will be a reservoir in the engine bay to top it up

Right, I'll have a look to see if I can find the brake fluid reservoir and fill it up.
If any one out there knows of a garage then that woudl be great.

Hi again

So after looking under hood and car, and a stranger helping out a bit, I don't think the break fluid has leaked though the clutch fluid needed filling as seemed empty!
The leak appears to be coming from (excuse my lack of knowledge here) but the ball that is on the end of the axel that seems to attach to the wheel, that seems to be wear its leaking from.
So my questions are:
-What sort of oil should I buy for this?
-where do I fill it up from?
-is it an easy fix to stop the leak?
- and is it ok to drive for a short while like that, say 2 half hour journeys, or will this damage it?
