Leaking center roof/body seal

Hi there Guys, after all the rainfall we've had in Kernow (Cornwall) these last two weeks i have found a leak coming from my center seal just behing my rear B/H behind my left shoulder. (LHdrive) It's the seal that's between the roof section and the main body. This seal from the top - bottom section on my 90 seems to be black foam seal, my question is should the seal be foam or rubber as the seal seems to hold quite alot of water when i poke it.

Run a line of black Sikaflex 291 in the join and while you have the tube open, seal round the floor pans the centre pan (under the middle seat or cubby box) and you will solve a whole load of potential leak spots - highly recommended product.
