Freelander 1 leak, why? where? and what lol

got out of my beauty yesterday to hear a dripping noise hitting metal so looked around an found a small drip, its coming from the small access holes to the right of the vcu an abit further up, ive taken some pics so if you click on the link you should see what im talking about..

does anyone know where this is coming from an why?

That's part of the chassis rail mounted to the body work. No liquids in there other than road water as JM says.
