Leak above spacer

Hi,

I have two annoying oil leaks which seem to be where the thick allumium spacer (which the sump bolts to) connects to the block. Question is can I remove this from underneath to fix? (200 tdi)

You can remove the sump, obviously drain the sump first. New gasket would be a good idea too

Its not the sump gasket, its above the spacer (Ladder frame) which I am not sure can be removed from underneath?
