original bearings pulled from old input gear and pressed on to new cross drilled gear

and reinforce the pivot by welding it across the top.

still not heard from the bandit, hope she aint looking for cogs down the central reservation of the M1 :eek:
 
I'm here lol all went well did 60mph on motorway n sussed out my speedo is pretty acurate!! No leaks which is wonderful! (Well not from transfer box anyway lol) now to sort rest of the leaks n holes out:) big thank you to neil for sorting it out:D:D

Sorry I missed half the thread I was sat in the club lol the vibration is nowhere near as bad as it was and as you've sussed out my prop is slightly unbalanced that is obviously what I can now feel ;)
