i have just recently bought my 1st series 3 land rover, its a 1977 88" hardtop, with 58 thousand on the clock. quite tidy but needs a bit of work.
its come from down south where its spent all its life until a few weeks ago when it made the 200 mile journey up north, no real problems apart from a bit of overheating!
my aim is to do a bit of work to it (already started) ready to get it on the road by november time when my insurance is due for renewal, im gona take the rear tub off to clean chassis and do any repairs needed, take wings off for better access to bulkhead to do couple of repairs to footwell.
here are a few pics (hopefully), i think il prob start a bit of a rebuild thread so yous can all see the progress.
