What's the best way to run a laptop of a 12v supply ?

Do I have to use an invertor, 240 then back down to 19v or is there an easier way.
 
Easiest way is to get a Laptop power supply from Maplins. plugged into fag lighter and you turn it to whatever voltage ya lappy runs at Also has a set of different plugs to suit different lappies..

There's a maplins in shrewsbury and I'm off there next week .
 
This poxy thing needs 19v, so best get one of them note book things first, then sort the supply out

mot this week as well, I'm sure them fookin grid covers get heavier :D:D

as long as the wattage is high enough they are ok i have a 500w 1 in my old 90 to run my notebook (would'nt run off a 150w 1) yet my big laptop would :doh:
