half leather seats


has the full set of light gaurds on


nice cd player with a good sound


engine starts first time is nice and quiet no unwatned noises and pulls very very well


there is no tow bar so it has never had the guts pulled out of it


its got very good tyres all round and nice alloys that aint all marked etc


the body work over all is very good witha few age related marks here and there


there is NO RUST on this disco it really is very clean


i have recentley in last 2 month just spent £400 out having the rear air bag suspenion removed and converted to springs and a new hand brake have paper work to prove all work carried out by a land rover specialist


i have never had a problem at all with the disco i love and the only reason its for sale is due a to a chaneg in my circumstances i need a diesel 4x4 thats it not because there is anything wrong etc it simply my money has changed and i cant afford to run the v8 anymore


in side there is a mark on the head lining and a couple of marks on the drivers seat

it has the cruise control fitted but it does not work due to haveing a after market radio fitted


the rear dooor wiper all works as should but there is no arm or blade was like that when i bought it never got round to getting one


and the other thing to point out is that the passenger side front head light unit is off a 300 tdi again this was like it when i bought it and never changed it as the light works fine


everything works as it should


all the hi and low box is fully working


i would happliy drive the disco anywhere in the country even europe


i would swap for a nice diesel 4x4


something along the lines of

crickey its a bit pricey.
I paid less than half that for mine with 66k miles 2001 es.they really dont fetch good money being a v8 as you know and probably why its for sale

i know he is a tad flexible on price its only due to change of circumstance its for sale otherwise it would be staying

Why's that? (Just out of interest)

were never designed with springs for 7 seats, its a mod removed air suspension

Yeah, I saw it was a mod but don't get why springs are worse than air bags.

more unstable I think, the ACE pumps up the bags to keep vehicle level, the springs aren't quite the same

Thats a guess btw, never looked into it but thats what I'd think

Fair enough.

I keep looking at Disco 2s so I guess this is something to be aware of.

Hi all I know the conversion was done by a lab driver specialist garage and Ecu re programmed to tell the truck it's running springs not bags

As for the ride etc it seems to handle a lot better then what it did on the bags

Just for your info ACE (Advanced Cornering Enhancement) has nothing whatsoever to do with SLS (Self Levelling Suspension) system - they are entirely separate.
