Land rovers in Czech Republic

Hi every one I am from the uk now living in the Czech Republic a good few years now , I have a defender 90 but can not get the wipers working need help ! I have wired the motor straight and no movement is it the motor cause my water motor also is not working of the joy stick making me think it is joy stick on the steering column . Also could it be the relay.

If the wipers don't work and the washer doesn't work try changing the stalk, or you could just be unlucky and they could all have gone at once. It's a land rover, they do that.
