A few observations
I notice the dangly wire on drivers side which prob feeds the rear lights, that normally runs inside chassis rail and the grommet seals it on top of chassis you can see inside arch. This looks like it got missed on the chassis change

your floor may be ok but you can buy the top hat and cross rails in galvanised if they are gone might be a good time to get tub off and paint chassis sort the floor a bit easier with better access there should be some support rubbers under the cross rails too

you have the ideal time to refurb the rear axle complete , I would change the bolts at stub axle and get the backplate off for a good derust and paint have a look at the electrolysis way of derusting it’s magic I used POR15 system on the front axle a couple of years ago and it’s still hard glossy black finish

Not done it myself, but I have a vague recollection of reading or watching someone explaining how they very easily removed the spring bushes by first driving a cold chisel under where the leaves wrap around the bush.
Yes you can do that but keep out of the way of it cos if the chisel squeezes out it will shoot across the shed like a mortar.........I know this!

If the bushes are shot and they’ve been there for a while they will almost certainly be totally sized.

You’ll have to burn out the bushes with a blow torch, usually you get halfway and if you apply continued heat and a drift they will push out but it’s a dirty smelly job especially if you’re doing it on the ground. Depending on the condition of the chassis ream the hole (32 mm) because it’s often ovalled. Lots of copper grease when you rebuild.
