Selling my low mileage Freelander td4 Sport Premium (3 dr) in Silver as a cheap and very easy project (runs and drives) it's a beautiful looking version being the sport premium in metallic silver and took me a while to find a good example. Original listing= http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?pub=5575131138&toolid=10001&campid=5337717012&customid=&mpt=1303289&mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Land-Rover-Freelander-2-0Td4-2004MY-Sport-Premium-tow-bar-full-test/283039546855?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649

Tons of history/paperwork including the original receipt from new in which it had many extras fitted including driving lamps, tow bar, super metallic paint which still gleams in the sun or after a rain shower and upgraded chrome ish alloys (need a polish)

It has a Harmon Kardon sound system as standard, heated seats which work. Ive replaced front discs/pads, all filters and have brand new rear brakes and shoes boxed ready to be fitted. Ive never removed the hard top & have a dog guard which I removed but will go with the car.

Was my daily driver until june but was recently signed off due to ill health & shamefully i cannot afford to put it through the mot or insure/tax it as I had to cancel my insurance and tax immediately.

The previous mot only had 1 advisory which i think was a ball joint but other than that it has good history.

I know it needs a tyre & a small h7 bulb for the headlight. It has a very good spare but has a slow puncture so could be repaired cheaply. It has a very very bold tyre on the passenger side front.

Prop is still attached, engine is extremely quiet on idle compared with others ive heard but since parking it up the starter has started clicking when turning but after a few attempts it turns over and starts. Upon researching it could be the solenoid which is a cheap kit fix or may just need a good drive as it was fine before I parked it up.

I tried fitting an egr blanking kit a long while back but got one with no supporting arm and it caused the egr pipe to split. These are only £20 ish but I just gun gummed it which now needs redoing as its started to puff a bit of smoke from the area but clears upon revving/warming up.

Inside needs a thorough clean (dog)

Its a great cheap project for someone who can put it through the mot.

I paid £1795 around 12 months ago & nice examples of this model with much higher mileage are still around that give or take so with the low mileage in mind and little work needed I am looking for £800 ono.

I've tried to be as thorough as possible but feel free to ask/visit/inspect etc.

Reg is MJ04 AHV (to check Mot history etc)

Kind regards.
