Land Rover Discovery Road Tax

Hi I'm new to this forum, I'm thinking of buying a Land Rover Discovery TD5 ES on a 03 plate but I can't seem to find out what the correct road tax for this vehicle is. On Auto Trader web site last week they were listed as Band K but this week on the new up date Auto Trader web site they are now Band M!!! Looking at the VOSA web site I understand it that if the vehicle was first registered before 32/03/2006 it is Band K and if it was registered after that date then it is Band M. Is this correct

I think the emissions value is shown on the V5 log sheet - can you get this info from the seller?
