The new tratter will be out by then. Is he really going to pay the cost of design, prototypes, testing, tooling, building the production line... all because he wants the features of the old tratter, but brought up to date with more modern features? It's an eggscuse. He wants to make cars and hasn't got a chance unless it's square and simple. Feeding oft the old tratter publicity.
