Land Rover Defender 4 Cylinder Petrol Hand Throttle

Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has ever seen or worked on an Old Defender 4 Cylinder Petrol Land Rover with a Hand Throttle?

I want to fit one to my vehicle and I have all the parts except the bracket shown in the attached diagram.

I would like to try and make one, but I cannot figure out where it bolts on to the car! I'm thinking onto the weber carb?? or how it attaches to the accelerator linkage??

Any info or photos? Absolutely any info would be really helpful!
