Hello all,
I have just bought a 1989 90 and I am struggling with a few things, can you help?:
1] Rear fog light does not work, were is the dashboard switch (easy one to start with!)
2] The reversing light does not work, bulb, light fitting and fuse seem ok, do I go for the switch on the gearbox next (if so were abouts is it?), reverse is next to 1st gear - LT77 gearbox I am thinking?
3] I can't work out which engine I have, I have come to the conclusion so far that it is a J, either a J12 OR J19 - any easy way to find out?
4] What is the comparative power of the 10J, 12J, 19J, 200 TDI, 300 TDI, and TD5, is it worth me looking at a conversion to a later engine and if so which one?
