lambda sensors

Hi all what are the symptoms of 1 or 2 lambda sensors not working as i have a 4.6 thor engined 1999 rangie thats running rough, it wont idle properly, i have checked all the pipes for a split all ok as well as the idle sensor , the idle air control etc.

any ideas anyone.

Have you checked the ignition - plugs / leads etc. If these are ok look at getting a compression test done on your cylinders. I had the same issue earlier this week (see my thread HG Failure). Hope its not as serious as mine.
