l323 2010 5-0l Gearbox update

Hi guys in need of help, About 3weeks ago I posted have gearbox problems, and I still have,had diagnostics done, possible causes,1 torque converter
2 solenoid
3 oil change
so I ended up with a replacement gearbox, on test drive the fault still remains, old box kept down shifting from 6-5 and back again, now with replacement box get same problem but 3-2 and back again, can someone give me a clue as what the problem is please , nothing from old box was used and box was programmed to ecu, thanks

Had full land-rover diagnostics done, the garage say it's a faulty gearbox and needs to go back, bare in mind I've payed the garage for gearbox and work carried out, cars been with them over a week now.
 
Did they give you any codes as a reason?
But if it is back with the gearbox peeps then just push them to sort it.

Take it back and let them sort it, you could ask for a replacement car until they get to the bottom of it.
Unfortunately they are responsible once they give you an initial diagnosis upto the point the problem is resolved. Any errors they make are their responsibility.

That have the car as we speak, only managed to go 2 mile and left it with them,

Thanks it's cost me dear to have this work done, I can't believe it as the same issue as the previous gearbox but in lower gears now, getting grey over this problem.
