I've hit a snag with my project... Got a nice secondhand tailgate (no rot!) however as I've prepped it for fitting I have started to take out the loom as it looks the best way would be to feed all existing wires into the new tailgate. I've snipped quite a few now, but can't remove the loom that goes down the side of the window. It must be secured in but I can't see any clips. Even if I get this out I'm not sure it will be possible to put the other in.
Has anyone managed a similar job? I was thinking it might be a window out job?
