L322 sun roof

I have a 2003 l322 .When I shut the sun roof it sits about 1/2 inch below the roof line whether i shut it from tilt or slide ,I have to keep flicking the switch to get it level.Is this just a matter of adjustment and if so how ,or is it something to do with having one of the many electronic gadgets reset.

there is a procedure for this, from memory i think its some thing like tilt the sunroof and continue to hold the button in for a further 10 seconds so the ecu knows where the end is. google sunroof reset and it should come up on several threads.

Sorry never replied forgot I asked the question.It now works a treat .Pushed the button in for about 20 secs and the roof adjusted itself and now shuts level.
