L322 Stereo issue

Hi All,

Have just bought a Range Rover Vogue 2003 and am having trouble with the stereo. The radio works but switches off after 5 mins, switch it back on it works for a further 5 mins etc. Has Sat Nav but screen is blank, cd not working but tape does. Have brought one off of ebay to replace it, fitted it today but it does exactly the same thing, no sat nav screen, no cd but the radio works for 5 mins, turns off, you put it back on and it goes for 5 mins.
Help!!

Hi I ve had nothig but problems with the outdated satnav audio system in my 2004 l322. So Im looking at replacing it with the Pioneer Avic F30BT. I just need confidence in the right people to do it. Trust me, its a worthwhile investment. The system in the L322 is absolute crap. !

Cheers. A double din unit like the one you are looking at won't fit in a vogue. There isn't enough space in the dashboard unless you start cutting things out and melting tubes and butchering the air con. I am not skilled enough for that.
I think my problem is the module in the boot so think I will get one of those next.

If anyone is interested. I replaced the front screen module in the boot. Now everything is working fine. The old one had rusted connectors. Cost £110 from scrap dealer. Part code yil 000022.
