L322 reversing camera

Hi, I'm new to the range rover world but have acquired a 2005 Range Rover Vogue.
I have started to tart it up by changing front grill and side vents, different wheels etc.
I notice though that it doesn't have a reverse camera so bought a new spoiler with camera attached thinking that I can attach it to my head unit ( its the mfd one ) does anyone know if it can be done this way or am I best off selling the spoiler?
I can reverse and have a tow bar its just easier when backing it up too hook a trailer.
Any help appreciated.

In answer to your question straight from the manual

The rear view camera is located under the rear spoiler on the upper tail door, adjacent to the center high mounted stop lamp. The rear view camera is connected directly to the touch screen display via a co-axial cable. The rear view camera transmits a wide angle, color image of the area at the rear of the vehicle which is displayed on the touch screen display when reverse gear is selected.
Plus a power connector (not from the manual)

I usually do but it gets expensive bumping into cars
