L322 rear TV screens, whats the best?

Hi all, im looking to get some TV screens/DVD players to go in the back of my 2002 Vogue. I have been led to the Royson units but want to buy ones that are already fitted into replacement head rests. The roysons dont seem to be compatible with the 2002 model and only really seem to fit 2006 onwards.
My RR is in Buckingham Blue with light beige leather (with blue piping)

My questions are:
1) will they fit a 2002 model and allow electrical adjustment of headrest

2) what is the correct name for the colour of my leather? It is the light beige, is it called ivory or parchment? As dont want to get headrests that dont match.
