Hi everybody
L322 td6 386k km
I am trying to determine if my engine and gearbox mounts are going bad. I searched the forum but didn't found anything or I didn't do that good. Can anybody give me tips what to look for?
My gearbox was rebuild around 150k km and the oil was change regularly. I don't know if it is connected to that but recently started to kick when it is ****ing in 1 and 2 gear. 2 months ago I changed the shaft central bearing and it stopes for 1 week and it was changing gears smooth. Some research in the net sugguest that could be the engine or gearbox mounts but I don't know how to diagnose that. When I start the truck the engine doesn't shake but when I am driving and put a little more gas I can feel a kick and also when its downshifting the kick is as if it is coming from the back.
Hope that this make sense.
Thanks in advance

Sound like the gearbox is going again they dont last on the TD6, and should have a sonnax valve block up grade these boxes only last about 80k miles
others will know more than me.

Hi mine started feeling like this about a week before my front diff input splines failed,

Gearbox mount is a massive bush built into the transfer box and failure looks unlikely,

Broken engine mount is a possibility, i found one of mine broken torn in two when i changed my front subframe in dec 2021, who knows how long it was broken, it never felt any different before or after,
