l322 gearbox judder ?????

hi, can anyone help ive just drove home and the gaerbox has started to judder . it is a constant thing when stationrey and when been driven also there is a funny smell around the car like burning oil ?

any ideas

Are you sure it's the gearbox? Can't see why the box would judder when stationary. Could be the flexplate the connects the torque converter to the engine, could even be the engine miss firing. You don't help by failing to say what engine you have and I'm assuming it's automatic?

its a td6 2004 , if i take it out of drive the judder stops it is the same in reverse
forgot to add yes its auto

problem sorted - engine misfiring no 4 injector was blowing
