L322 Central Locking

Hi. I just bought a 2004 L322. Central Locking doesn't work. I don't think it's the fob. Central Locking doesn't engage by turning key in door or by pressing button on dash either. I was just hoping for a heads up, where should I start looking to pinpoint the problem? Coming from a Defender so the RR is a bit new to me.

Diagnostics needed or maybe the FOB resync procedure.
