L322 Blower delay

Good Afternoon,

Can anyone recommend an air con/ heating cooling specialist for my L322 2006 Vogue please? First journey of the day the blower takes 30 mins to start to work but then works perfectly well. Second or third journey usually works within ten mins. Have just had the air con re- gassed and it is lovely and cool just slow to start (same with heat). All fuses ok so from what I have read on various threads likely to be blower itself, or air con condenser? Either way it is beyond my skill set. I have asked a few local companies in West Mids but all reluctant to have a look.
Happy to travel if someone could recommend a person or company that can assist.

Do you mean it doesn't blow at all? Does it blow when you manually turn the fan speed to max?

Where is the little fan setup on the l322, it could be taking too long to monitor the air temp in cabin due to being dusty

Doesn't blow at all to start with (rear is fine) then suddenly kicks in after roughly 30 mins, same on heat or cool.

Have changed the cabin filter and cleaned out as best I can.

You need to look at the blower resistor it's the most common cause

As above or corroded connectors.

Mine generally takes a few minutes but works quicker if I set it to manual by turning the fan speed up.
