L322 2011 squeaky plastic end caps

Hi all

I live down a mile long track which is little bumpy. When I drive down it there is a squeak from the plastic end caps on the dash (at least I think that is where it is coming from).

The RH plastic cap looks as though it comes off easily. The LH has the airbag deactivation key slot. Is there an easy way to remove this or is it the same as the RH?

Once removed are there any sprays/foam/etc I can apply to stop it? Shd the ends have some form of internal padding or are they just plain plastic?

Silicone spray worked on squeaky dash parts on my BMW without any dismantling.

Both end caps pull off the same.
