L322. 2003. Wont start

Hi I have a 2003 Range Rover 3tlr diesil What happened. It cut out on me. So I started. By checking the diesil. Out the filter. Nothing so I worked my way all the way back to the pump in the tank and it wasn’t working. I put a new one. In last night. I can here is. Working. And the lift pump is working. As well. But still no diesil coming out. Ov the pump relay working fuse ok. But won’t. Get nothing out ov the pump. Any one help ????????
