L320 front anti roll bar

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I have a 2011 3 litre diesel L320 RR Sport and need a new front anti roll bar. I've sourced two parts with the numbers 7H32-5E485-AG and the same ending -AF. Does anyone know the reason for the difference and would either part do. Topbanffer
