Drop arm - on the end of the, err, drop arm, bottom of the steering box, undet the landy, front offside.

Drag link - the other end of the rod that the above attaches too.

Also how hard/expensive is it to change from a truck cab to van type body

I made a profit outta doing this conversion. Paid around £60 for the parts to do it, sold the cab and canopy for aroud £100, took me and 1 mate about 3 hours, including a lunch break.

One last thing some times while changing gear the clutch pedal stays down after a gear change and I have to flip it back up with my foot any ideas

Take the cover of the engine end of the pedal, under the bonnet, and grease everything that looks like it might move, then try again.
