just wondering where i can find these the cheapest preferably 235/70/16R and what the quality is like i know they are nothing compared to the bf goodrichs and ones like that

i got 5 kingpin 205/16 mt's which are close enuff in size to 235/70 fer £175 from a placr in worcester great on road and laning... lasting quality? dunno yet

I had some on a 90 and the wear rate was quite poor. In the long run I reckon BFG a/t's would have worked out cheaper. Depends if you're going to keep your truck for 50K though.

I have them both on the 90, and on the Disco, no problems, wear rate is good, both vehicles have done a lot of green laning, and have been down to the south of France green laning as well.
On the disco I have 265/70/16's with 2" lift, wheel spacers etc. they perform just great and aren't too noisy on the road. When I got them, they were £52 /corner from here;
Kingpin Tyres 4x4 tyres Cheap car tyres - suppliers of Kingpin Kumho and Insa Turbo tyres throughout the UK, Wales, Scotland
It depends on what you're doing, a rock through the side will turn any tyre into so much scrap rubber, no matter how much it cost, at least with the Kinpins, they're cheaper to replace.
PS. The MT is the same tread pattern as other makes.

i plan on keeping it for a long time pigglet, is my first car and plan on it being a long laster even if i have to have its engine rebuilt. and i will have a look gafferjim cheers
