Hi everyone, I have a 2010 Freelander 2 HSE.
If I leave it for about 4 weeks the key is not recognised, I have to manually unlock it on the passenger door, open the bonnet and disconnect the battery, then reconnect it all whilst the alarm is going beserk then turn the alarm off using the key fob and all back to normal.
All ok until I leave it for a month.
Normally use it at weekends and it’s fine, only got 40,000 miles with full Land Rover service history.
Any ideas what could be wrong please.
