Before you all say, blimey thats cheap!..

I actually already owned it.

Sent it in for a few jobs.
Timing belt, seized diff lock lever, oil leak, water leak, etc etc.major service.
Its ended up with the above plus..............................................
4 shocks
window regulator.
Prop shaft UJ's
track rod ends.
rocker gasket
mudflap brackets. rear wheel arch plates things
bit o repair to chassis, body mounting brackets
2 tyres repaired.
tapets done.
Radiator.
and some other stuff I cant remember...
O an full waxoyl treatment..
an it still might need a clutch...
OUCH.....

Dont get me wrong am not complaining about the garage or owt.
In fact when it went in I told them to give it the once over and sort it out. talk about thorough.
I decided to spend a lump on it cos a newer disco with about same miles 79k, would have cost me tripple that...so am well happy cos it should last me a few more years..

Thing is I love the bloody thing.
or am I just mental????

That would be why my mate just brought an R reg fsh, all the bells and whistles and full mot fer, £1998 higher mileage than yours but not astronomical.

I'll give you £1500 for it :D

Blimey! Did they catch you masturbating or summink? Cos they must 'ave seen you coming!

At least half that stuff you could have done yerself, on the road outside your house, with a little bit of patience, a Halfrauds socket set and a Haynes manual - would have saved yourself a packet.
