Just saying HELLO

Hi All, bought a Defender 9o about a year ago and have had fun exploring what it is capable of at pay and play sites. Now I am ready to go green laning so as a novice need as much advice as I can get so have joined LandyZone hope you will all bombard me with good advice. Live in South Yorkshire so would be grateful if anyone knows some good routes around that area or is planning an outing I could Tag along with.

m1dge as you are in my area maybe you can suggest responsible green lane groups that I could look at joining ? also does LandyZone South Yorkshire still have a monthly meet and if so where and when is the next one.

Sorry acy, even though I'm on a Landrover forum I don't actually own a landy! I'm a newbie myself looking at getting one, but at minute it's not happening due to funds

However check out the Green Laning section on here as that has a thread dedicated to South Yorkshire green lanes so all meets are discussed on there.

There is also North Yorkshire and Derbyshire threads which you might also be interested in checking out as they are local to us too.
