Just changed battery on freelander

Hi Just changed the battery on my landrover freelander td4 2002 model, 3 door.
New Battery all fitted up and running etc, to went open the back door and the glass would not go down. Got the door open but could not get the door to shut with the glass up. some how got the glass back in between the seals and door closed. But window will not go up down etc. Also rear wiper not working.
please help.

the window regulator could have gone, can you hear the motor when you use the dash switch?

cant hear to motor noise. but hear clicking noise from door. when using dash switch just keeps blipping. have read on other sites about door needs re-sync etc?

same noise when putting key in rear door to open window.

Window should have dropped automatically when the battery was reconnected, then you raise with the dash switch to calibrate. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery again. If it doesn't drop then looks like you'll be looking for an electrical fault

Yes have tried calibrateing still no joy. Strange as was working fine to changed battery.

check fuse 31

Just checked fuse 31, thats all fine.[soz for delay been down with the flu for last 4 days].
Think a trip to garage see what they say.
