Just bought another 90 roof. For my 90, lol. Its white with external ribs and Alpines, what is supposed to be on my 90.
Now. The problem is. How do I get it home? I don't have a trailer. I don't have a roof rack. Could I ratchet strap it to my existing roof, padded of cause? Or could I remove my roof, put a tarp over the top, drive from Barnsley to Grantham to get the roof and then bolt the new roof straight on? Would the windscreen and side panels be secure enough for a drive down the A1?

A tarp roof....for 70 miles? Not recommended!
Fit new roof there? Any/every land rover job takes longer than expected, needs tools that aren't to hand, and it will be ****ing down.
Beg, steal, or borrow a trailer.....or a roof rack.
Worst case scenario...hire a van!

:)

Nah, fitting a roof takes no time at all. Did it the other day. I'd take the tools and nuts and bolts with me.
Dont know anyone with a trailer. Can't hire a van, got 12 points on my licence.

Might have to ratchet strap it too my roof. Need to look at ratchet points. Unless I go through the windows of cause.
