After reading for a while now, finally joined. I have just purchased my P38 2.5 diesel, had it a couple of weeks now and well chuffed. Completely different and loving it. I knew what i was getting myself into, and now the work starts!!! a bit sooner than expected. So in the post are new air springs, rocker gasket and rear door struts, not forgetting the hot start fix, exellent.

Good to have you here...seeing as I only got my P38 a few weeks ago to...but not so Lucky on the airbags, mine has just popped, so attempting to change the rear set tomorrow.
How do you find the kickdown on yours, (assuming you dont have a power box fitted) I ask because mine just laughs at me till i gentle ease off the gas.

Hi quedash
I dont have a power box fitted (yet), but have removed the cat, and installed a K&N air filter straight away. Along with an oil and filter change have seen an improvement but mainly in mpg. I've got my new airbags now, and will attempt to change over the weekend. You should let me know how you get on.

Just getting my nerve up to get these airbags on, was hoping to use my m8's/friends work shop. but he linked up the 3 days this week with last week and went on holiday, so as the old saying goes I am on my arse doing it the hard way.
PM me and tell me where you about you, seeing as we got the same 4x4 and being first one
