jumping out of high ratio on over run

Hi.
Is there some form of ident or spring on the ratio lever mechanism that could of come loose that allows this to happen.It just slips into neutral on the transfer box esp when things are warm.

there is a 6mm allen screw on side rear top on drivers side of transfer box,but i would check lever dosent need adjusting to ensure full engagement of hi ,can be done using 13mm spanner near transfer box end of linkage

Ok Cheers will check the linkage as there seems very little movement to go from neutral to hi so as you say it might not be fully engaging.
