As said above I've bit the bullet been off and ordered a 200tdi engine with rad and all ancelleries, I'm upgrading from 2.5 na so hope I feel the difference hoping to do it myself with a bit of help from old man hear its easy from some and others say its a bitch hope it goes well photos to follow and maybe some crys for help

Haha no worries it's an easy conversion really

I've done a 200, 300 several 300 swaps next is a V8

this kit sorts that issue out no problem. defender 90 110 exhaust conversion for discovery 200tdi | eBay or he sells the entire conversion kit for £150
